5.5.5 Sliding the regenerator into
the pipe

1. Check that the tension cable is posi-
tioned securely on the regenerator (1)
before sliding it in.
2. Slide the regenerator with the filters
(2) and (3) that have already been in-
stalled into the pipe until it approxim-
ately reaches the centre of the wall.
Conditions: Installation dimensions: < 300 mm
(< 11.81 in)
– Leave out the inner filter (3).
– The regenerator and tension cable
must not touch the fan's impeller.
5.5.6 Installing the fan unit
A
1. Install the fan unit with the wind guard
and front panel (that have already been
fitted) on the wall-mounting frame.
2. Ensure that the contact for the plug
connection has been correctly estab-
lished on the wall-mounting frame.

6.1 Switching on the product
Applicability: VAR 60/1 D

Use the on/off button to switch on all
of the ventilation units in the ventila-
tion system.

Use the VAZ CPC control or the
VAZ RC remote control to set an
operating mode and the functions.

trol.

7 Troubleshooting
Conditions: Ventilation units do not work
▶
Switch off the product.
▶
Ensure that the fan unit is correctly
mounted on the wall-mounting frame
and the contact for the plug connection
has been established.
Conditions: The remote control and MASTER do
not communicate with each other
▶
Shorten the radio link to less than 15 m.
Conditions: Ventilation units only work in night
mode
▶
Ensure that the MASTER is not
covered.
