Mounting the Lift to the Track
The AP300/450 lift is designed to be easily mounted and removed from the trolley. There are
four possible connections between the ceiling lift and trolley.

ALWAYS ENSURE CARABINER IS PROPERLY POSITIONED BEFORE ATTACHING TO
TROLLEY OR REACHER ARM. CARABINER TYPE MAY VARY FOR DIFFERENT
MANUFACTURING YEARS.
Use the following information to properly connect the lift to the track in the four configurations.
Standard Connection – Open the latch on the lift's carabiner. Insert the carabiner

through the eyelet of the trolley. Ensure the carabiner closes fully to lock the lift onto
the trolley.
Reacher Arm Connection – Refer to the Reacher Arm User Guide for proper

installation.
Lanyard Connection - Open the latch on the Lanyard's carabiner. Insert the carabiner

through the eyelet of the trolley. Ensure the carabiner closes fully to lock the Lanyard
onto the trolley. Open the latch on the Lift's carabiner. Insert the Lift's carabiner
through the Lanyard's carabiner. Ensure the carabiner closes fully to lock the lift onto
the trolley.
Lanyard and Reacher Arm Connection – Open the latch on the Lanyard's carabiner.

Insert the carabiner through the eyelet of the trolley. Ensure the carabiner closes fully
to lock the Lanyard onto the trolley. Refer to the Reacher Arm User Guide for proper
installation of the Reacher Arm onto the Lanyard.
