2. To perform a normal copy while listening to play-
back, set the INPUT SELECTOR button on the
amplifier to TAPE and select the DOLBY
NR
switch position and REV MODE switch postion.
Even if the input selector button is set to another po-
sition, tape copying will still proceed. The sound of
the program source selected by the input selector but-
ton will be heard through the speakers.
3. Press one of the COPY buttons.
NORMAL:
For tape copying at normal speed while
listening to the tape.
For tape copying at about twice normal
speed.
4. Press the STOP button (™@) on either deck to
stop the copying at any time.
HIGH:
NOTE:
@ /f you are using a TV in the vicinty of the unit, noise
will be recorded. Either turn off the TV or move it away
from the unit.

There is variation in actual tape length even among
cassettes of the same length label (C-60, C-90, etc.).
Therefore, even if the recording tape is labeled as the
same length as the playback tape, it is possible for the
recording tape to end first without recording all of the
contents of the playback tape.
e /f you are performing high-speed copying near a tele-
vision, interference (a high-pitched sound) may be
recorded on the tape. If such interference occurs, per-
form copying at normal speed, or turn off the televi-
sion set.

2. Pour effectuer une copie normale tout en écou-
tant la bande,
régler la touche de sélecteur
d'entrée (INPUT SELECTOR) de l'amplificateur
sur la position TAPE et sélectionner la position
appropriée de la touche DOLBY NR et de Ia tou-
che de mode d'inversion (REV MODE).
La copie de bande s'effectue, méme si la touche de
sélecteur d'entrée est réglée sur une autre position.
Le son de la source de programme sélectionnée avec
la touche de sélecteur d'entrée est entendu
par les
enceintes.
3. Appuyer sur l'une des touches de copie (COPY).
NORMAL : Pour une copie de bande a vitesse normale
en écoutant la bande.
Pour une copie de la bande a environ deux
fois la vitesse normale.
4. Appuyer sur la touche d'arrét (STOP) (m™) de
l'une des platines pour arréter la copie 4 tout
moment.
REMARQUES :

Siun téléviseur est utilisé prés de l'unité, des parasi-
tes seront enregistrés. Mettre le téléviseur hors cir-
cuit ou I'éloigner de I'unité.
@ La/ongueur réelle des bandes est légérement différente
méme si les cassettes portent une étiquette indiquant
la méme longueur (C-60, C-90, etc.). Méme si I'éti-
quette de la bande d'enregistrement indique la méme
longueur que celle de la bande de reproduction, il est
donc possible que la bande d'enregistrement se ter-
mine en premier, sans enregistrer tout le contenu de
la bande de reproduction.
@ Siune copie a grande vitesse est effectuée prés d'un
téléviseur, des interférences (un son trés aigu), peu-
vent étre enregistrées sur la bande. Si cela se produit,
effectuer la copie a vitesse normale ou éteindre le télé-
viseur.
