4.10 Ricomposizione stelo - portastelo e
montaggio anelli di tenuta
NOTA
Gli anelli di tenuta e i raschiapolvere rimossi non
devono essere riutilizzati.
Prima di procedere al rimontaggio, verificare le
condizioni delle boccole di guida; se risultano
rigate
o
graffiate
sostituirle.
rivestimento in teflon delle boccole di guida che
deve essere integro.
• Applicare all'estremità del tubo portante del
nastro adesivo in maniera tale da coprire la
sede della boccola superiore.
• Lubrificare
leggermente
raschiapolvere e l'anello di tenuta.
• Inserire nel tubo portante con il seguente
ordine: il raschiapolvere (25), l'anello di fermo
(26), l'anello di tenuta (27), lo scodellino (28) e
la boccola guida inferiore (29).
ATTENZIONE
Prestare
attenzione
dell'anello di tenuta (27), esso deve essere
inserito in maniera tale che la parte cava sia
rivolta verso lo scodellino (28).

REMEMBER
The old sealing rings and the dust seals must
not be used again.
Before re-assembling, check the conditions of
the guide bushes; replace them if they are
scratched or grooved.
Verificare

Check the Teflon coating of the guide bushes
which must be in a good condition.
• Apply some adhesive tape to the end of the
stanchion tube so that it covers the seat of
the top bush.
• Smear the dust seal and the sealing ring with
con
grasso
il
some grease.
• Insert the following components in the
stanchion tube in this order: dust seal (25),
stop ring (26), sealing ring (27), spring cup
(28) and bottom guide bush (29).
WARNING
Make sure the oil seal (27) is correctly
all'orientamento
oriented in a way that the hollow side is
turned towards the spring cup (28).
