Noise emission by your device
This may notice some rather unusual noises. These noises are caused
by the flow of refrigerant in the cooling system. This phenomenon has
increased since the introduction of CFC gases. It is not an anomaly, and
it has no effect on the performance of your refrigerator.
Usage tips
- Clean and defrost your appliance regularly. Frequently check the
contents of the compartments.
- Store processed foods respecting the instructions on the packaging.
- Select high quality fresh food and be sure
they are thoroughly cleaned before freezing.
- Wrap all foods in quality polythene bags or airtight containers,
ensuring the absence of air inside.
- DO NOT store toxic or hazardous substances in your freezer. This
one is designed for freezing only edible food.
- DO NOT drink food has been frozen too long.
- DO NOT leave the door open for long periods, as this will make the
operation of the device more expensive and result in excessive frost
formation.
- Do NOT use sharp objects such as knives, to remove frost present in
the device.
- Only use a plastic scraper.
- DO NOT place hot food inside the appliance. Let cool to room
temperature.
- DO NOT throw bottles filled with liquid or hermetically sealed cans
containing carbonated liquids into the freezer, as they may burst.
- Do NOT give ice or ice cubes for children, immediately after taking
them out of the freezer because they could cause burns on the lips
due to cold.
- Do NOT attempt to keep frozen foods that have thawed; they must
be eaten within 24 hours or cooked and refrozen.
Changing the light bulb
- The bulbs of the refrigerator and freezer are energy efficient LED long
life. Their replacement should therefore not be required during the life
cycle of the device.
- The bulb is a 12V DC LED. In the unlikely eventof a failure, it should be
replaced by an authorized technician.
