Fast Freeze Mode
This mode is designed to freeze foods that are already frozen. If you
place fresh food inside the freezer, then ideally you should have
previously lower the temperature to be ready to store them and make it
as quick-freezing process as possible. It may be that you had to pre-
select the fast freeze mode until 12 hours in advance. By selecting this
function, the freezer compartment temperature is automatically set to -
24 ° C for a period of 26 hours (after this time, the temperature returns
to the parameter defined above). If the freezer temperature becomes
lower than -24 ° C within 26 hours, the appliance will automatically exit
the fast freeze mode.
To use the Quick Freeze mode, press the Mode button until the fast
freeze symbol lights up on the display panel. To exit the Quick Freeze
mode, press the Mode button until no mode symbol is lit on the display
panel.
Freeze Mode and Quick Cooling
This mode is intended for those times when the refrigerator heats up
beyond the annealing point, as when the weather is particularly hot, the
refrigerator doors are opened frequently, or a large amount of food is
placed inside fridge. To restore a lower temperature in the refrigerator,
turn the Freeze mode and rapid cooling in order to set the unit to the
cooler temperature.
By selecting this function, the freezer compartments and refrigerator
temperatures will be automatically set to -24 ° C and 2 ° C for a period
of 26 hours for setting the freezer and 2 hours 30 minutes for the
refrigerator setting (after this time the temperature will revert to the
previous settings).
If the freezer temperature becomes lower than -24 ° C within 26 hours,
the appliance will automatically exit the fast freeze mode. To use the
Freeze mode and rapid cooling, press the Mode button until the freezing
and rapid cooling symbol lights up on the display panel. To exit the
Freeze mode and rapid cooling, press the Mode button until no mode
symbol is lit on the display panel.
