INSTALLATION FOR USE
Lay the seat on the car's seat, sit the baby down and
fasten the seat belt passing part "X" in the groove under
the armrest and over the baby's pelvis (pic. 26).
Stretch the car's seat belt and ensure it is not twisted.
Ensure that the diagonal part "Y" of the car's seat belt
rests correctly at the centre of the baby's shoulder.
Use belt guide "U" (positioning it in correspondence of
the baby's shoulder) passing the diagonal part "Y" of the
car's safety belt (pic. 22). Insert the car's diagonal seat
belt "Y" into the belt guide "U" (pic. 23). Finally, adjust
by pulling the end of the band passing through the belt
guide.
FINAL CHECK-LIST
•
Check that the harness shoulder straps are in the cor-
rect position for your child, firmly and comfortably fit on
your child's body.
•
Check that the vehicles seat belt is correctly fitted
around the child car seat.
•
Check that the vehicle's seat belt has not become
twisted or trapped in any way.
•
Make sure all of the child car seat harnesses are proper-
ly adjusted and taut.
•
Make sure the buckle of the child car seat's harness
group is always properly fastened.
•
Check that the buckle on the child seat safety harness
is correctly locked.
•
Check that the chest pads are always in the right posi-
tion on your child's body.
•
Check regularly all important parts for possible damage.
•
Check the correct operation of all components.
•
Check that the child seat does not get jammed in the car
door, seat runners, etc., in order to prevent breakage,
damage, wearing etc..
Remember: No matter how well a child car seat has
been designed, if it is fitted in the vehicle incorrectly then
it may fail to protect your child in the event of an acci-
dent. Before travelling using a "Allroad" child car seat,
always carry out the final checks listed in this instructions
booklet.
REMOVING THE LINING
To remove the lining to wash it, the first thing to do is
remove the harnesses as described in the chapter "RE-
MOVING THE HARNESSES".
Then remove the backrest by reclining it as shown in pic.
24 and pull it off the seat. Now you can remove the lining
of both the backrest and the seat (pic. 28).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Follow the washing instructions on the label of the pro-
duct. Do not use the spin cycle, do not iron, and do not
use solvents. Clean the plastic parts of the car seat by
rubbing them with a damp cloth without using solvents.
Warning: Do not add to or modify this product in any
way. Never use spare parts that are not recommended
or supplied by the manufacturer.

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Produktinformationen

Der Autokindersitz ist gemäß Europanorm "ECE
R44/04" folgendermaßen zugelassen:
•
Gruppe 1 für Kinder von 9 bis 18 kg (Abb. 2)
•
Gruppe 2 für Kinder von 15 bis 25 kg (Abb. 3 und 4)
•
Gruppe 3 für Kinder von 22 bis 36 kg (Abb. 4).
HINWEISE
•
Es handelt sich um eine "universale" Rückhaltevor-
richtung für Kinder mit Prüfsiegel gemäß der Vorschrift
ECE R44/04. Sie ist für den allgemeinen Einsatz in
Fahrzeugen geeignet und an die meisten, aber nicht
alle Fahrzeugsitze anschließbar.
•
Für eine perfekte Eignung muss der Autohersteller in
seinem Fahrzeughandbuch erklärt haben, dass das
Fahrzeug für den Einbau von "universalen" Rückhalte-
vorrichtungen für Kinder im betreffenden Alter geeignet
ist.
•
Die Rückhaltevorrichtungen werden als "universal"
klassifiziert. Dies auf Grund der strengeren Prüfungskri-
terien als bei vorangehenden Modellen, die den vorlie-
genden Hinweis nicht besitzen.
•
In Zweifelsfällen wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller der
Vorrichtung oder an den Wiederverkäufer.
•
Stellen Sie sicher, dass dieser Kindersitz entsprechend
den Anweisungen in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung korrekt
installiert ist.
Nur geeignet für Fahrzeuge mit 3-Punkt-Sicherheitsgur-
ten, die nach UN/CEE NR. 16 oder einem vergleichbaren
Standard geprüft und zugelassen sind.
