The success of the jointing operation de-
pends on consistent compliance with the
nominal pressures, times, and temperatures
of the welding. The correct pressure value

depends on the section of the cylinder of
the welding machine. Therefore, using the
hydraulics with another basic machine chas-
sis than the one it came with, will result in
a flawed and/or inconsistent welded joint.
If the hydraulic and control unit must ex-
ceptionally be used with another machine
chassis, core settings of the machine have
to be changed. Only the manufacturer and
authorized service points are able to make
this change. To this end, get in touch with
them.
