11.2 BURNER REMOVAL

Remove upper louvres and release clips to open viewing door.
A.
Remove all glass embers from the media tray. (Hint: Use vacuum with a clean bag)

Remove 2 screws from each end cover to remove

Remove the 6 media tray screws and 6 burner

screws (3 per side) shown in FIGURE 2 and lift
out media tray.
Remove burner tube and defl ector by removing the

two screws located behind the burner tube.
NOTE: When removing the glass media tray make
sure the glass embers are away from the center of
the screen, exposing the burner, remove screws and
lift glass ember tray out.
When replacing burner, absolutely no glass embers can be in
the cup surrounding the orifi ce. HINT: If glass falls into cup
and surrounds the orifi ce, insert a clean bag into a vacuum
cleaner and vacuum out glass embers. Replacement glass
embers can be ordered from Wolf Steel Ltd.
