3. Drape Triad TranSheet Material
over the artificial teeth, wax, and
adjacent natural teeth which are
modeled on the cast. The material
thickness should be approximately
4 mm.
4. Cure in the Triad Light Curing Unit
for four (4) minutes.
5. Remove the stent from the cast and
eliminate any remaining wax with
boiling water.
6. Paint Triad ABC on all surfaces of
the stent and cure an additional six
(6) minutes.
7.
Remove remaining traces of Triad
ABC with a brush and warm water.
8. Trim excess material. Maintain
adequate coverage of adjacent
teeth and tissue in order to
correctly orient the stent.
9. Drill holes of the same diameter as
the laboratory screws in the ideal
implant locations.
10. Complete finishing and polishing
procedures.
PLACEMENT STENT FOR
IMPLANTS IN A TOTALLY
EDENTULOUS ARCH
1.
Mark the cast at the crest of the
ridge. Using a contrasting color,
mark the implant location.
2. Drill parallel holes in the cast, the
same diameter as the threaded
portion of the laboratory screw, at
the implant locations.
3. Place the laboratory screws in the
holes and secure with sticky wax.
4. Paint Triad MRA on the cast and
screws.
5. Adapt Triad TranSheet Material
to the edentulous area, including
screws, adding material as
necessary to obtain a thickness of
approximately 4 mm. Cure in the
Triad Light Curing Unit for five (5)
minutes.
6. Remove the stent from the cast
and apply Triad ABC to all surfaces.
Return to the Triad Curing Unit
and cure for an additional five (5)
minutes, tissue side up.
7.
After curing, remove the screws
and gently scrub the stent with
warm water and a brush to remove
remaining traces of Triad ABC.
Check to ensure that holes are free
of any interferences.
8. Trim and polish the stent to a
normal denture outline.
ORTHOTIC OR SPLINT
1.
Pour casts. Trim and mount casts
in an articulator utilizing the
registration provided by the dental
office.
2. Wax out any undesirable undercuts.
3. Apply Triad MRA to both casts.
4. Apply Triad TranSheet Material to
the cast indicated in a thickness
that will allow indentations to be
created by the opposing teeth.
5. Close the articulator, embedding
the teeth in the uncured Triad
TranSheet Material. Lateral
excursions may be accomplished
at this time by opening and closing
the articulator as the upper bow is
moved to eccentric positions.
6. Cure for four (4) minutes in the
Triad Light Curing Unit.
7.
Remove the appliance from the
cast, apply Triad ABC to all surfaces
and return to the Triad unit for four
(4) minutes.
8. Gently scrub the appliance with a
brush and warm water to remove
traces of Triad ABC.
9. Trim excess material. The incisal,
gingival and occlusal areas
should be trimmed to the design
requirement of the clinical situation.
10. After contouring, complete
polishing procedures in the normal
manner.

Triad TranSheet ist ein

Produktinformation
Triad VLC TranSheet ist ein auf
Urethandimethacrylat basierender
Kunststoff, der kein Methylmethacrylat-
Monomer enthält.
Kontraindikationen
•
Triad VLC TranSheet-Material
ist kontraindiziert für Patienten
und Anwender mit bekannten
allergischen Reaktionen auf a)
Urethan-Kunststoffe und/oder
b) Methylmethacrylat- Monomer
(lediglich im Triad VLC-
Haftvermittler enthalten).
Warnhinweise
•
Triad VLC TranSheet-Material und
Triad VLC-Haftvermittler enthalten
polymerisierbare Monomere,
die bei anfälligen Personen zu
Hautsensibilisierungen (allergischer
Kontaktdermatitis) oder anderen
allergischen Reaktionen führen
können. Schutzhandschuhe/
Schutzkleidung tragen.
Kontaktbereich gründlich mit
Wasser und Seife abwaschen.
Tritt eine Hautsensibilisierung
auf, Verwendung des Produktes
einstellen. Bei anhaltender
Dermatitis oder anderen
Symptomen, Arzt konsultieren.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
•
Beim Beschleifen von
Prothesenkunststoffen in einem gut
belüfteten Raum mit Absauganlage
und Staubschutzmaske arbeiten.
•
Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille.
•
Alle angegebenen

sich auf Triad 2000- und Triad-II-

•
Triad VLC TranSheet-Material
bei maximal 24°C lagern. Direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung vermeiden.
Triad-Materialien können zur
Verlängerung ihrer Haltbarkeit im
Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden.
•
Nicht verwendetes Triad-Material
sollte vor der Entsorgung
polymerisiert werden.
•
Keinen Triad-Werkstoff verwenden,
der beim Verarbeiten Sprünge oder
Mikrorisse bekommt.
Nebenwirkungen
•
Bei anfälligen Personen können
allergische Kontaktdermatitis und
andere allergische Reaktionen
auftreten.
•
Beim Beschleifen von Triad-
Materialien kommt es zu
Staubentwicklung. Dabei können
Augen und Haut sowie die
Atmungsorgane gereizt werden,
sofern keine entsprechenden
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen
wurden.
SCHRITTWEISE
VERARBEITUNG
KFO-HALTEELEMENTE
1.
Eine Schicht Triad-Modellisolierung
(Model Release Agent) auf das
Modell auftragen.
2. Drähte, Klammern und
Halteelemente auf dem Modell
mindestens 0,05 mm (0,002")
oberhalb des Gaumens
positionieren und befestigen.
3. Triad VLC TranSheet
mit Fingerdruck und
Modellierinstrument adaptieren.
Es empfiehlt sich, mit kleineren
Stücken zuerst die Halteelemente
zu ummanteln und anschließend
Prothesenmaterial großflächig zu
adaptieren. Anstelle von Triad VLC
TranSheet kann auch Triad VLC-
Gel zur Ummantelung verwendet
