If the pump is damaged, have it inspected by the specialised assistance service only.
Do not transport the pump using the cable or use the cable to remove the plug from the socket. Protect the plug and
the power cables from heat, oil or sharp edges.

General information: Before starting the electropump, fill up the pump body and the suction pipe through the filling
plug. Make sure there are no leaks, close back the plug and start the pump. If the electropump stays off for a long time,
repeat the filling procedure before restarting it.
1. Disconnect the pump from the power mains.
2. Take the plug off the pump body (9).
3. Insulate the threads of the suction pipe with hemp (Teflon tape is not suitable because it can deteriorate when exposed
to gas oil or other fuels) and screw the check valve tight (3).
4. Fill up the suction pipe (2) and seal the threads with hemp.
5. Screw the suction pipe to the side suction inlet (1) of the pump body.
6. Fill up the pump body through the delivery inlet (5) until gas oil sprinkles out of the air hole (9) and the gas oil level
gets steady.
7. Seal the threads of the small air screw (9) with hemp and make sure the filling plug is tight.
8. Also seal the threads of the delivery pipe (6) with hemp and carefully screw it to the delivery inlet (5).
9. Repeat this procedure to connect the delivery gun.
Now, the pump is ready to work. Fit the plug in a 230 V socket and press the switch.
Note: do not drain all the fluid out of the tank otherwise the pump could take in air and should be primed again.

Check the suction inlet of the pump at regular intervals to see if it is clogged.
Check the pipe integrity over their full length to ensure they are free from micro-cracks.
To prevent possible problems, it is advisable to periodically check the pressure supplied and current absorption.
A reduction of the pressure may indicate that the electropump is worn. Sand and other corrosive materials present
in the delivery fluid cause a rapid wear and a reduction of performance. In this case, it is advisable to use a filter. An
increase in current absorption indicates the presence of abnormal mechanical friction in the pump and/or the motor.
If the electropump is not going to be used for a long period of time (i.e. one year), it is advisable to empty it completely,
rinse it with clean water and store it in a dry location, where it can be protected from frost.
The pipes supplied with the Multioil kit are designed for oil flow but are not guaranteed for oil contained therein for long
time. After each use, drain and clean them on a regular basis. Using the pipes with fluids other than gas oil and water
cannot guarantee the product integrity.
Pipes must not be directly exposed to the action of atmospheric agents: very high or low temperatures, heat or direct
exposure to sun could impair their quality and break them.
The power cable must be replaced by qualified personnel only.
Make sure the machine is disconnected from electric power supply, before
performing maintenance operation.
