SOSTITUZIONE RUOTA DI RINCALZO
Nel caso necessitasse la sostituzione della ruota,
ad esempio per l'usura dell'anello in gomma (A) la
presenza di crepe, o per mancanza di alcuni pezzi di
gomma, oppure perchè i cuscinetti sono consumati,
è sufficiente togliere la spina di sicurezza (B) e sfilare
lateralmente la ruota.
Con la ruota in mano:
• Togliere l'anello seeger (C).
• Spingere fuori con un martello in plastica la boccola
(D) dalla parte opposta.
• Sfilare i due cuscinetti posti da ambo i lati e sosti-
tuirli.
REGOLAZIONE TENSIONAMENTO
CATENARIA
Una volta alla settimana e comunque a seconda
dell'intensità di utilizzo, verificare il tensionamento
della catenaria porta bicchieri (F) la quale deve essere
un'arco non superiore ai 10 mm, in caso contrario
agire sul registro (G) allentando prima il controdado
(H) fino ad ottenere la giusta tensione, dopo di chè
ribloccare il controdado.

REPLACEMENT OF EARTHING-UP WHEELS
If the wheel needs changing, for example because
the rubber ring (A) is worn, cracks, flaking rubber,
or worn bearings, just remove the safety pin (B) and
slide the wheel off.
While holding the wheel:
• Take off the Seeger ring (C).
• Push the bush (D) out with a plastic mallet from the
opposite side.
• Take off and replace the two bearings on either
side.
ADJUSTMENT OF CHAIN
TENSION
Once a week, or depending on how much the machine
is used, check the cup carrier chain tension (F).
The chain should form an arch that is no higher than
10 mm. Otherwise, loosen the lock nut (H) and then
adjust the regulator (G) to obtain the right tension.
On completion, tighten the lock nut.
