ALLARME N.7: ALLARME VELOCITA'
CAUSE/RIMEDI: diminuire la velocità di avanzamento della macchina.
ALARM N.7: SPEED ALARM
CAUSES/SOLUTIONS: decrease the machine's forwarding speed.
ALLARME N.8: ERRORE ASSE VERTICALE
CAUSE/RIMEDI: verificare pressione aria. Verificare la lubrificazione delle parti in movimento
del carrello, oppure l'efficienza del cilindro a "L".
ALARM N.8: VERTICAL AXIS ERROR
CAUSES/SOLUTIONS: check air pressure. Check lubrication of the moving parts of the carriage,
or efficiency of the "L" cylinder.
ALLARME N.9: TEMPO USCITA FERMO INIZIALE
CAUSE/RIMEDI: verificare il corretto funzionamento del sensore di rilevazione fermo iniziale;
verificare la presenza di eventuali ostacoli sulla corsa del fermo iniziale.
ALARM N.9: INITIAL STOP OUTLET TIME
CAUSES/SOLUTIONS: check the correct operation of the initial stop detection sensor; check
the presence of any obstacles on the initial stop run.
ALLARME N.10: TEMPO SALITA CARRELLO
CAUSE/RIMEDI: verificare il livello di pressione dell'aria; verificare la corretta lubrificazione
delle guide; verificare il livello di olio idraulico (ATF) nel cilindro a L.
ALARM N.10: CARRIAGE ASCENT TIME
CAUSES/SOLUTIONS: check the air pressure level; check the correct lubrication of the guides;
check the hydraulic oil level (ATF) inside the L cylinder.
ALLARME N.11: TEMPO SALITA PREBICCHIERE
CAUSE/RIMEDI: verificare il corretto funzionamento dei sensori di posizione del prebicchiere.
Verificare la lubrificazione delle guide.
ALARM N.11: PRE-CUP ASCENT TIME
CAUSES/SOLUTIONS: check the correct operation of the pre-cup position sensor.
Check lubrication of the guides.
CONTROLLO TENSIONE ELEVATA ALL'ACCENSIONE
All'avvio della macchina viene effettuato un controllo sull'alimentazione del sistema: se la tensione è superiore
a 16V sul pannello Touch Screen viene visualizzata la scritta "HIGH VOLTAGE" e la macchina si spegne non
appena viene rilasciato il pulsante di START.
HIGH VOLTAGE AT IGNITION CHECK
When the machine is started the system's power supply is checked: if the voltage is higher than 16V the writing
"HIGH VOLTAGE " appears on the Touch Screen panel and the machine switches off as soon as the START
button is released.
