4.6 ECO mode
This fully automatic appliance is equipped with a modern power saving function (ECO
mode) that switches the appliance to a minimum heating level 3 minutes after it has
last been used (the display will become weaker). The heating-up time can therefore
be a bit longer when the appliance starts up again from the ECO mode.
You can also disable the ECO mode, in which case the appliance will always be at
the full readiness when switched on, or you can extend the change-over time to 5 or
15 minutes:
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting ECO-mode» and press the knob to confirm.
• The current programmed «3 minutes» appears on the display,
• Press the right control knob (3). The setting starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Deactivate» or the desired switching time and
press the knob to confirm.
• Press the left control knob (2). The display shows «Setting ECO-mode».
• From here you can change further settings by turning the right control knob (3) or
by pressing the left control knob (2) to return to the main menu.
4.7 Automatic switch-off time (ASO mode)
This function allows you to program how long after making the last drink the machine
switches off. The basic factory setting is 5 minutes.
You can also deactivate the switch-off time.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting ASO-mode» and press the knob to confirm.
• The current programmed «5 minutes» appears on the display.
• Press the right control knob (3). The setting starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Deactivate» or to the desired switch-off time
(5 minutes – 12 hours) and press the knob to confirm.
• Press the left control knob (2). The display shows «Setting ASO-mode».
• From here you can change further settings by turning the right control knob (3) or
by pressing the left control knob (2) to return to the main menu.
