Select the drink to be programmed as described under chapter 3.6.
Then proceed with the live programming as described below.
4. Programming
You can re-program the following settings: Filter – Water hardness – Temperature –
Language – Rinsing at switch-off – ECO Mode – ASO Mode

In the «First operational start«, you already had the opportunity to program the
language, the filter-settings and the water hardness.
4.1 Filter
Operating the appliance with filter:
For all of our coffee machines you can buy from us a special filter for the water tank
as an accessory. With the correct use of this filter, you will not have to descale your
coffee machine as often. In order for the appliance to know that the filter has been
installed, you must program the filter setting to «Yes». The factory setting is without
filter.

If you use the filter in your machine and you have programmed the system to
«Yes», the programming for water hardness will no longer be displayed.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting Filter» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Filter yes».
• Press the right control knob (3) to confirm the entry. On the display «Screw in Filter»
appears.
• Empty the water tank (10) and carefully screw the filter into the designated holder
(15) using the mounting tool (14).
• Fill the tank with fresh water and put it back into the coffee machine.
• Place a sufficiently large receptacle under the spout (4) and press the right control
knob (3). The system will now be rinsed and «Filter is rinsed» appears on the display.
• Wait until no more water comes out of the spout (4).
• As soon as the display shows «Setting», the machine is ready for operation.

The filter will remain effective for the drawing of approx. 50 litres of water. The
display will indicate when the filter should be changed (see chapter 5.6).
Important:
Even if this message does not appear, the filter must be changed after two months
at the latest, even if the machine has only been used a few times.
