7. Adjustments
7.1. Distance between transport wheel and guide screw
The distance between transport wheel
100 and guide screw 99 is max. 0.2 mm.
Setting:
Loosening the threaded pin 83 by
means of hexagon socket screw key
2 mm. Use screw driver to set guide
screw 99 to gap dimension screw
threaded pin.
7.2. Setting the band tension
Setting the maintenance unit to 4 to 6 bar.
Loosen counternut 85 at rotary
eadthrough 68 by means of a 10 wrench
setting the band tension by means of
hexagon socket screw key 3 mm.
CW lower band tension, ccw higher band
tension.
After the setting tighten counternut 85.
