Emptying the Clear bin

Empty the clear bin as soon as the MAX mark level is reached.

Turn power off before emptying the clear bin .

Do not use the machine without the clear bin in place..

Cleaning the Clear bin

Do not use detergents, polishes or air fresheners to clean the clear bin .

Do not immerse the whole cyclone in water.
Ensure clear bin is completely dry before re-fitting.

Clean the shroud with a cloth or dry brush to remove lint and dust.
Do not put the clear bin in a dishwasher.

Washing your filter
Check your filter regularly. Under normal use, it will require cleaning at least once every 6 months
in accordance with these instructions to maintain performance. The filter may require more frequent
washing if vacuuming fine dust.
Turn power off and unplug before washing the filter.
Wash the filter in cold water only.
Do not use detergent to clean filter.
Do not put the filter in the dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave or near an
open flame.
Ensure the filter is completely dry before refitting in your machine. Air dry for at least 24 hours.

Clearing blockages

Clearing blockages is not covered by your machine's limited warranty.
Turn power off and unplug before checking for blockages. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury.
This machine is fitted with an automatically resetting thermal cut-out. If the machine overheats it
will cut-out; it must be switched off and unplugged immediately and allowed to cool down before
attempting to check filters or for blockages.
Clear blockage before re-starting.
Beware of sharp objects when clearing blockages.
Refit all parts of the machine securely before using it.
