Dismantling and repairs

Dismantling:
Please note
The actuators may perform sudden unexpected movements.
S Make sure that both linear module and clamping unit are exhausted.
If required:
Use the opportunity to have your HMP−...−KP overhauled by the Festo repair

service.
In all other aspects, the clamping unit does not require any maintenance.

Reduce the mass

dirty
Check the pneumatic circuit

Pressurize the clamping unit
with the same pressure as the
linear module (at least 4 bar).
