8. Description of faults and troubleshooting

A number of functional errors are listed below which can occur as a result of wear, machine defects, particularly
challenging operating conditions, incorrect operation or a lack of maintenance.
Methods are also described which are aimed at finding and eliminating the problems:
Caution:
Work on voltage-carrying parts only when the power supply has been disconnected!
1 Cleaning brush will not turn on
2 F1 fuse repeatedly defective in a
short period
3 Red LED DL1 is not lit
4 Brush continuously rotates
5 Brush rotates for 2 seconds then
stops for 4 minutes
6 Brush does not change rotational
direction under load
7 Brush changes rotational direction
quickly then stops for 4 minutes
8 Brush tries to start several times
then stops for 4 minutes
Power supply missing
Sensors not in position
Mains voltage too low
Mains voltage too high
Control module defective
Blown fuse
Control module defective
Power supply missing
Tilt sensor defective
Dip switch set incorrectly
