Remove the upper hinge axis, transfer it to reversed side and tighten securely, then put
it in a safe place.
5.
Remove the upper door from the middle hinge by carefully lifting the door straight up.
Note: When removing the door, watch for washer(s) between the center hinge and
the bottom of the upper door that may stick to the door. Do not lose.
