D. OPERATION
1. Once your switch Box is properly mounted to your
wheelchair, simply plug the connector at the end
of the switch box cable into the connector coming
out of the battery box. The TC back unit is now fully
functional.
2. Push the switch forward to turn on the heat. The LED
in front of the switch will illuminate RED, indicating the
heat is on.
3. Pull the switch back to turn on the ventilation fans.
The LED behind the switch will illuminate BLUE,
indicating the fans are operating.

E. EASY CLEANING
1. Back cover
a. Unplug the switch box from the backrest unit.
b. Detach the backrest from the wheelchair.
c. Remove the battery pack from the cover by detaching
the Velcro®.
d. Remove the cover from back shell by detaching the
Velcro®.
e. Unzip the zipper on the bottom of the cover.
f. Remove the foam and TC unit, then turn the cover inside
out.
g. Zip the cover closed to avoid snagging.
h. Machine wash in warm water (60°C).
i. Drip and tumble dry in on Low Heat.
2. TC Unit
a. The TC Unit should be wiped clean with damp cloth on a
regular basis to prevent buildup of dirt and grime.
b. The TC unit should not be removed from the backrest
foam as it is permanently attached.
c. Ensure that the TC Unit is free from damage or
obstructions before refitting the cover.

or dryers to clean covers. Do not steam autoclave. Do not
