Note! Hot potable water!
• Hot water must only be connected if cold water is connected to the other port of the Hygiene Flush Box.
• Hot water shall only be flushed to avoid stagnation in distribution pipes (water exchange of non-circulating water; <3 litres).
Note! Thermal disinfection!
• If, during thermal disinfection, a flushing is carried out at 70 °C for 3 minutes on a KHS Hygiene Flush
Box, this must be precisely logged.
• To do this on a KHS Hygiene Flush Box PURE or LITE, for temperature monitoring purposes, the reversible
cover must be opened and the trap cover removed so that the temperature of the exiting spray can be
monitored.
• To do this on a KHS Hygiene Flush Box PRO, for temperature monitoring purposes, the reversible cover
must be opened and a WLAN connection to the Hygiene Flush Box established. This allows the
temperature to be monitored via the built-in flow and temperature sensor.
