Tray Connector

Insert the T component into the slot of the bracket.
Adapt the retentive section to the contour of the tooth
towards the buccal. Ensure that there is a uniform gap
between the magic
Tray Connector and the tooth

surface (approx. 1 mm).
Apply separating agent (REF 162-800-00) to the stone
model at the incisal edges and the occlusal and buccal
surfaces of the relevant teeth. Secure the eyelet of an ela-
stic ligature (e.g. REF 774-230-00) to the retentive section
of the magic
Tray Connector. Place the second ring of
®
the elastic ligature round the hook of the bracket.

wire, 0.51 x 0.51 mm / 20 x 20 (REF 535-051-00),

is used for transferring tubes. Insert the slot-sized wire into
the tube distally, adapt it approx. 1 mm from the occlusal
surface and bend it to provide retention.
Cut out the relevant tooth denomination from the
template supplied, place it on the coping and cover
completely with a thin film of acrylic. Adhere to the
acrylic manufacturer's instructions for use.
