After Finishing Work
Disconnect the water hose

Disconnect the high-pressure hose
N
Roll up the high-pressure hose and
N
hang it on the holder
Remove the high-pressure nozzle
N
from the spray lance and attach it to
the integrated holder on the frame
Place the spray attachment in the
N
holder
Wipe down the pressure washer
N
with a damp cloth

Storing the Machine
Store the pressure washer indoors
N
in a dry room
NOTICE
Freezing temperatures can damage
components of the pressure washer.
Store the pressure washer indoors in a
dry room where it is protected from
freezing temperatures.
Frost protection / corrosion protection
If the pressure washer cannot be stored
in a room where it is protected from
freezing temperatures, carry out the
following tasks:
Drain the water out of the high-
N
pressure hose
Disconnect the spray lance from the
N
spray gun
Point the spray lance downward
N
and wait until all the water has
flowed out
Point the spray gun downward,
N
squeeze the spray gun trigger and
wait until all the water has flowed
out
Connect a container with winterize
N
fluid either directly or with a suction
hose to the water inlet of the high-
pressure pump
When the engine is shut off, pull the
N
starter rope several times until the
winterize fluid is drawn into the high-
pressure pump and flows out of the
high-pressure connector
Collect the winterize fluid in a
N
container and dispose of it without
harming the environment and
according to the manufacturer's
specifications
Storing the pressure washer for 2
months or longer
If the pressure washer will be out of
service for 2 months or more:
Stabilizing the fuel
Add Kohler PRO Series fuel
N
treatment, or an equivalent fuel
stabilizer, to the fuel tank
To distribute the fuel stabilizer
N
throughout the fuel system, connect
the water supply and allow the
engine to run for 2 to 3 minutes
while squeezing the spray gun
NOTICE
Running the engine for more than 2
minutes without active spraying can
cause serious damage to the pressure
washer.
