Maintenance Checklist
General

Check the solidity of the Simulator's
frame and components
■
Make sure all parts operate without
abnormal noises, vibrations, or
irregular movements.
■
Make sure the Simulator
rolls in a straight line
■
Check tires for wear or deformation
■ Make sure wheels roll smoothly and
caster forks rotate properly
■
Check cushion, covers and
comfort upholesteries for wear
■
Check the effectiveness and
condition of wheel locks
Tilt mechanism
■
Make sure activation levers and tilt
mechanism functions properly
■
Make sure gas cylinders are not
leaking oil
■ Check condition of cables and make
sure they are well attached
Backrest
■
Make sure levers and the backrest
inclination mechanism functions
properly

Make sure the lateral supports
adjustment handles function
