6.4. Track Adjuster Replacement

The following steps refer to one track adjuster. However,
all four track adjusters follow the same procedure for
installation and removal.
1. Raise the UTV off the ground.
WARNING
When the UTV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation of the
tracks. If not properly secured/supported, serious
physical injury could occur.
2. Remove the track following the procedure described
in section 6.1. - Track replacement.
3. Remove the wheels of the track adjuster following
the procedure described in section 6.3.2. - Large
wheel replacement.

4. Unscrew and remove the 3/8" bolt and the 3/8" nut
retaining the track adjuster to the structure. Save the
flat washer.

5. Push or pull the track sideways by desengaging it
from the drive sprocket.

6. Remove the track adjuster.

7. Unscrew the 1/2" X 5" bolt from the track adjuster
and remove it.
8. To reassemble the kit, reverse the steps and apply
the torque listed in Table 1 - Torque specifications.
