4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the other side and refer to the
section 3 for various adjustments.
WARNING
Prior to installation of the Track Kit, turn off the
engine, put in two-wheel driving mode, and block
the rear wheels.
WARNING
When the UTV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation of the
tracks. If not properly secured/supported, serious
physical injury could occur.
2.2. Rear Track Installation
1. Install front subtable per the instructions included
with the mounting kit.
WARNING
Do not inverse the right and left side.
Do not inverse the front and rear kits.

2. Install the rear pre-assembled Track Kit on the
UTV hub, in the same place where the wheel had
been installed. Use the supplied flange nuts
included with the mount kit. Apply a tightening
torque of 35 ft-lbs.
NOTE : Retorque after one hour of use.
3. Assemble the rear anti-rotation on the Track Kit
following these steps (see Figure 10) :
3.1. Install the anti-rotation (A) onto the pre-
assembled Track Kit using the bolt (B), the
3/8" dia flat washer (C), the tightening spacer
(D), and the nylock nut (E) supplierd with the
mount kit. Torque to 25 ft-lbs.
WARNING
The washer and the spacer are very important; they
prevent the nut from coming loose.
