6.3. Wheel Replacement

The following steps refer to one wheel. However, all the
wheels follow the same procedure for installation and
removal.

6.3.1. Small Wheel Replacement

1. Raise the UTV off the ground.
WARNING
When the UTV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation of the
tracks. If not properly secured/supported, serious
physical injury could occur.
2. Remove the tension in the track as described in
section 6.1. - Track replacement.
3. Unscrew the 3/8" X 1" bolt retaining the wheel to
the structure. Make sure to save the retainer washer
and the lock washer.
4. Press downwards on the track to loosen the track
and to replace wheels.

5. To reassemble the kit, reverse the steps and apply
the torque listed in Table 1 - Torque specifications.
WARNING
If a lock washer is permanentaly deformed and does
not offer adequate resistance, it should be
immediately replaced.

6.3.2. Large Wheel Replacement

1. Raise the UTV off the ground.
WARNING
When the UTV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation of the
tracks. If not properly secured/supported, serious
physical injury could occur.
2. Remove the tension in the track as described in
section 6.1. - Track replacement.
3. Unscrew the 3/8" X 1" bolt retaining the wheel to
the structure. Make sure to save the flat washer and
the lock washer.
4. Replace the wheel as follows :
4.1. Gather all the slack of the track towards the
area of the track adjuster.
4.2. Pull on the flange of the wheel towards outside
of the Track Kit and take it off.

5. To reassemble the kit, inverse the steps and apply
the torque listed in Table 1 - Torque specifications.
WARNING
If a lock washer is permanentaly deformed and does
not offer adequate resistance, it should be
immediately replaced.
