Commissioning
5.1 First commissioning
During first commissioning or when the memory has been
reset (see section 6.1), the DADE-MVC must include the
following:
–
the reference point (referencing) and
–
the length of the work stroke (calibration).
1. Switch on the operating voltage.
2. Move the DNCI-... to the reference point (zero point of
the work stroke).
3. Set the reference input (PIN 5 on the S1) for at least
0.5 s.
4. Reset the signal at the reference input.
As soon as the 1-signal is present (delay > 0.1 s) at the
reference output (PIN 3 on the S1), the reference point
is saved (the DADE-MVC is then "referenced").
5. Move to the end position of the work stroke and make
sure that the DNCI-... is at a stand.
6. Set the calibration input (PIN 6 on the S1) for at least
0.5 s.
7. Reset the signal at the calibration input.
As soon as the 1-signal is present (delay > 1 s) at the
Ready output (PIN 7 on the S1), the work stroke is
saved remanently (the DADE-MVC is then "calibrated").
