Electronic closed-loop operation of the DSMI-...:
Please note
Special commissioning conditions apply to electronic closed-loop operation.
S When commissioning, take into account the instructions in the manuals for
the SPC... .
The following applies in all cases:
1. Tighten the two upstream one-way flow
control valves
– at first completely
– then loosen one turn.
2. Make sure that the operating conditions
lie within the permitted ranges.
3. Pressurize the drive in one of the following ways, as desired:
– slow pressurization of one side
– simultaneous pressurization of both sides with subsequent exhausting of
one side.
For slow pressurization when starting, use safety start-up valve type HEL-... or
HEM-... .
4. Start a test run.
5. During the test run, check to see if the following settings on the DSMI-... must
be modified:
– the swivel range of the moveable mass
– the swivel speed of the moveable mass.
6. Open the one-way flow control valves
slowly, until the desired swivel speed is
set.
The stop lever should reach the end posi-
tion, but not strike hard against it. If the
stop lever strikes the end position too
hard, it may jump back out of the end
position.
