Static pre-adjustment of a stop with a shock absorber in accordance with
"Accessories" (only permitted for operation without SPC11)
1. Handle the shock absorbers carefully so
that the threads, the piston rod and the
outer cylinder are not damaged.
2. Screw one shock absorber completely into
the stop with a shock absorber insert.
Tighten the locking nuts at first only
slightly.
3. Swivel the moveable mass as follows:
- at first into the desired end position,
- then through the angle ü specified in the
table below in the direction of the
other end position.

This can be accomplished with a non-pressurized DSMI-... either by hand or with a
hexagon socket wrench. The degree scale can be used for accurate positioning.
4. Loosen the locking screws for the
stops.The stops can then be shifted easily.
5. Shift the nearest stop up to the stop lever.
The head of the shock absorber then just
touches the stop lever.
6. Tighten the locking screws of the stops
again with the specified torque.
