7.1 Fault messages

Message Meaning
Process value transmission
faulty, process value is
incomplete.
10 s no valid process value,
no slave with this address
Unit defective
Process value too high, or
incorrect offset set up.
flashing
Process value status
contains a non defined
value, no valid process
value or status BAD

7.2 Fault analysis

Fault
No indication in the display
Process value of the bus user and
the display are not identical
Cure
Check the offset settings in the
PROFIBUS-PA display and the
configuration of the bus user selected.

Check the offset settings in the
