Medical s general terms and conditions of sale, the rights of the lient and or ser towards Sunrise
Medical in case of defects are limited to the provisions set forth in this warranty. or the duration of the
warranty period Sunrise Medical guarantees that the product is without defects.
In case of any defects the ser is re uired within two weeks after discovery of the defect to contact
the dealer. e has to complete a return form and return the product or part via the M process.
Sunrise Medical will, at its sole discretion, take the corrective action it seems fit under the given
circumstances within a reasonable period of time (depends on nature of claim) from receipt of the
completed return form. The warranty period will not be extended after a corrective action.
