Control panel
settings
Set clock:
• Press "CLOCK" to set the time. Press once to
set the hour (hour light fl ashes). Press twice to
set the minutes (minute light fl ashes).
• Press "+" or "-" to set the time. Press "ENTER"
to confi rm.
• When setting the oven:
• Press "CANCEL" to cancel the setting. The setting
will be automatically cancelled unless you press
"ENTER" within the next ten seconds.

Preheat

• The oven must always be preheated before use.
When you switch on the oven and set the temp-
erature, the preheat light will come on (PREHEAT).
As soon as the oven reaches the right temp-
erature, the light will switch off and a beep will
be emitted. The oven is now ready for use.

Set cooking temperature

• Turn the selector knob to the desired setting.
• Press "TEMP SET" to set the temperature.
• The temperature display will feature the standard
setting and light up.
• Press "+" or "-" to set the temperature.
The setting ranges from 40°C to 300°C.
• Press "ENTER" to confi rm the setting.
• Press "CANCEL" to cancel the setting.
The setting will be automatically cancelled
unless you press "ENTER" within the next ten
seconds.

Set cooking time

• Turn the selector knob to the desired setting.
• Set the temperature to the desired level.
• Press "+" or "-" to set the cooking time, ranging
from 0 to 999 minutes.
• The 0 setting indicates the timer is switched
off. This means the oven will keep running.
• Press "ENTER" to confi rm the setting.
• Press "CANCEL" to cancel the setting.
• The setting will be automatically cancelled
unless you press "ENTER" within the next ten
seconds.
• When the food is cooked, the oven will beep
5 times. The display will start flashing and
change to "000" until the knob is switched to
"OFF".
• To terminate cooking prematurely, just set the
oven switch to "OFF".
PLEASE NOTE: The timer cannot be set whilst the
oven is being cleaned.

Self-cleaning with pyrolysis

• The option "PYROLYSIS CLEANING" indicates
the oven has a pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle.
When the setting "PYROLYSIS CLEANING" is
activated, the temperature inside the oven rises
to the highest level for the combustion of dirt and
food residues. This cycle take about 3.5 hours.
• If both the left and right ovens are set to pyro-
lysis cleaning, this function will not work. It is
not possible to clean two ovens simultaneously.
• If one of the ovens is being cleaned, the other
cannot be used.

Preheat signal

• When the oven reaches the (set) cooking temp-
erature, the "PREHEAT" indicator will light up and
a beep will be emitted.
