The cooker does not work.
The oven does not function
when switched to the pyrolysis
setting.
The door does not open.
The oven light does not come
on.
The igniters do not work.
The igniters give off sparks,
but do not light the burners.
The igniters do not stop
sparking after ignition.
The burners ignite, but the
fl ame is too big, distorted or
yellow.

Possible causes and/or solutions
The appliance is not connected to the power grid. Have an electri-
cian check the power switch, cabling and fuses.
The door is not entirely closed, which is why the oven door will not
automatically lock.
The oven is still in the self-clean mode. The oven is still hot. The
oven door will be unlocked when the temperature comes down to
a safe temperature.
The lamp needs replacing.
The circuit has been switched off or the fuse is blown.
The appliance is not connected to the power grid.
Check the fuses and the socket.
The gas valve is turned off.
The gas supply has been interrupted.
The igniters are wet or dirty.
The burner contact points are concealed. The appliance has been
connected to the wrong type of gas.
The air inlet valve has not been adjusted correctly.
