• DO NOT use if the Harness or UAS straps are cut, frayed or damaged.
• DO NOT use this Child Restraint if it is more than 6 years from date of purchase (proof of purchase
required) or date of manufacture otherwise. The manufacture date can be found in 2 locations, on the
underside of carrier and in the recess of base.
• DO NOT use any accessories, pads or products not included with this Child Restraint, unless
approved by Chicco. Doing so will void the warranty of this Child Restraint.
• You MUST replace this Child Restraint if it has been involved in a crash, even if you cannot see visible
damage. A damaged Child Restraint may not protect your child in a future crash.
• Do not modify your Child Restraint.
• For proper removal and installation of the harness straps contact Chicco for additional instructions.
• Do not use Child Restraint if any component is damaged, broken, or missing parts.
