It is possible to fall below the dew point by max. 5K for a short period of time.
It should be noted that the pump group should only be mounted in a vertical position so that
condensation cannot get into electrical components such as the servomotor or pump in an
uncontrolled manner.
It is important to note that the drying of the condensation depends on external conditions
and may take considerably more time. If the system is operated for a longer period of time,
the amounts of condensation add up. With the help of a moisture balance (condensation
period in relation to the drying period), it is possible to check whether the amount of
condensation that occurs is justifiable.
Heating mode: the maximum flow line temperature must not exceed 50°C, otherwise there is
a risk that electrical components will no longer function properly.

1.5 Hazard notes
Never alter or modify the pump group by yourself. Such work may only be carried out by
qualified specialist personnel. This also applies to the electrical installation.
The components can become hot when the system is in heating mode. Touching these system
components can lead to scalding. The pump groups must be operated with insulation. This
insulation not only reduces unnecessary thermal losses but also protects against accidental
contact and burns. In cooling applications, the insulation reduces unnecessary condensation
within the pump group. The insulation must therefore only be removed for maintenance or
repair purposes and replaced correctly on completion of such work.
You should open the bleed or drain valves carefully and not work on pressurised parts.
The control components (controller, servomotor, pump, etc.) are powered by the mains
voltage. Therefore, always ensure the system is disconnected from the mains supply
when carrying out any maintenance or repair work and secure it against unauthorised
activation. Work on electrical equipment and connection work is only permitted for
authorised and qualified electricians. The VDE guidelines and the provisions of the
responsible energy utility company must be observed. Electrical installation spaces must
always be kept locked.
