Bread crumbs
Remove crusts. Cut bread
into 1 inch (2½ cm) cubes.
Use in crumb coatings,
stuffings or in meatballs
and meat patties.
Mayonnaise
Mix the egg yolk, mustard
and vinegar or lemon
juice. Add oil slowly
through the lid. Use for
dressing.
Hard cheeses
Cut into 1½ inch
(like Parmesan
(3cm) cubes.

Use in creamy sauces,

Cream
Whip cream to firm
peaks. Add sugar or
vanilla before blending,
if desired.
