The success of the jointing operation
depends on consistent compliance
with the nominal pressures, times,
and temperatures of the welding as
given in the welding value tables in
the appendix. The correct pressure val-
ue depends on the section of the cyl-
inder of the welding machine. There-
fore, using the hydraulics with anoth-
er basic machine chassis than the one
it came with, will result in a flawed
and / or inconsistent welded joint. If
the hydraulic and control unit must
exceptionally be used with another
machine chassis, core settings of the
machine have to be changed. Only the
manufacturer and authorized service
points are able to make this change.
