Countdown timer

Set the timer using the link button
to set the time. The timer can be set for a maximum of 4 hours.
The time will start to count down once the required cooking
time has been set. You can alter the preset time at any moment
using the + and – buttons on the timer. At the end of the set
time you will hear a bleep. You can switch this bleep off by pres-
sing the link button or the + or – button on the timer. Using
the + or – button to switch the bleep off will enable you to set a
new time immediately.
If you do not switch the bleep off, it will stop automatically after
30 minutes.
1. Put a pan on a cooking zone.
2. Switch the countdown timer on by pressing the link button
twice.
The indicator lights above the – button for the zones will
start flashing.
3. Set the required time using the + or – button on the timer.
The timer can be set for a maximum of 4 hours.
4. Link the required zone to the countdown timer by pressing
the on/off button for the appropriate zone.
The indicator light above the zone will stay on and the indicator
for the other zone will go off.
5. Select a setting.
You can alter the preset time at any moment with the + or -
button on the timer. At the end of the time set you will hear
a bleep. You can switch this bleep off using the link button.
If you do not switch the bleep off, it will stop automatically after
30 minutes.
The countdown timer can also be set once a zone is already in
use. To do this, repeat stages 2, 3 and 4.
