Do not wash the appliance by
spraying it with high-pressure
water jets, in particular from a
high-pressure cleaner (fig. 14).

Wash the door seal with plain
water and dry it carefully with a
dry cloth. Always wear gloves
when doing this (fig. 17).
Clean the core temperature probe by hand. Use lukewarm water and a neutral soap or cleaning agent with a
biodegradability in excess of 90%. Rinse with water and hygiene solution. Do not use any cleaning agents containing
solvents (e.g. trichloroethylene etc.) or abrasive powder.
ATTENTION: The core temperature probe must not be cleaned with boiling water.

Clean inside the cooling cabinet daily.
Both the cabinet and all the internal components have been designed and shaped
to allow all parts to be easily cleaned. Before defrosting, always take out the internal
drain plug.
Disconnect at the main switch.
Clean all components (stainless-steel, chromium-plated, plastic or painted parts)
with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Rinse and then dry them without using
sandpaper or chemical solvents (Figure 13).
Never clean or defrost the
evaporator with a sharp or
abrasive object (fig. 15).
Clean the condensation tray at
regular intervals (fig. 18).

Remove the front panel with
a suitable tool and clean it,
removing any dirt (fig. 16).
