Pretreatment Cartridge
Replacement
The service life time of the car-
tridges depends on the quality and
volume of the inlet water treated.
The cartridges should be changed
at regular intervals.
To remind you to perform cleaning,
the message "Repl. Prefilter" will
appear on the display according to
the factory setting.
This message will blink on your
display until the prefilter cartridge
has been changed.
The audio alarm can be stopped by
switching the Enter button.
After change of prefilter cartridge,
this reminder function will reset
automatically.
Note!
The pretreatment cartridge
installation is described with the
"Initional Operation" chapter.
To change the prefilter cartridge:
1. Press Menu to activate the Main
Menu.

2. Select <Maintenance> and press
Enter to confirm. The display will
show the following:
Maintenance
Repl. RO modules
Repl. Prefilter
Sanitization
3. Select <Repl. Prefilter> and press
Enter to confirm.
Repl. Prefilter.
Continue? Yes
No
Note!
The program can no longer be
interrupted, once the safety prompt
has been confirmed.
4. Choose <Yes> to change prefilter
cartridge and press Enter to con-
firm. Follow the instructions that
appear in the display and push
Enter after each step is completed.
Note!
After replacement check to make
sure that all tubes are securely
installed and leak tight.
After all work is completed,
the unit is operational again.
