Water Inlet Connection
1. Connect the tubing for the feed
water connection, left on the unit,
to the quick-connect adapter (1).
Connect the other end to a potable
water supply. A shut-off valve
should also be installed.
2. Make sure that the pre-pressure
is sufficient, minimum 1.2 bar up
to maximum 6.8 bar.
Note!
All installations have to be finished
before opening the feed water line.
Concentrate Outlet Tube
1. The concentrate water is drained
through the outlet (3). The outlet
tube (red coloured label at the end)
must be connected to the red outlet
connector at the rear on the lower
right side of the system. Push the
red end of the tube into the
connector until the beginning of
the lable. Ensure that the tube is
fastened and a free flow to the
drain is possible.
2. Connect the other end of the tube
to an atmospheric drain.
Permeate|Product Water Tubing
1. Connect the permeate water tube
(blue coloured label at the end)
to the blue fitting (2) located on
the middle right side of the system.
Push the blue end of the tube into
the connector until the beginning
of the lable. Make sure that the
tubing is fastened tightly.
2. Connect the other end of the tub-
ing to a storage tank or reservoir,
as described in the following part,
tank installation.
Note!
Please install an enclosed shut-off
valve in front of the permeate inlet
connection to the tank, this allows
the water supply to be interrupted,
e.g. for a cleaning cycle.
