Troubleshooting recharging problems
When you place your handheld in the cradle, a lightning bolt on the
battery icon in the Applications Launcher screen indicates that the
battery is charging. If the lightning bolt does not appear on the battery
icon, the battery might not be charging. Check the following:
Confirm that the handheld is well seated in the cradle.

Confirm that the recharger cable is properly connected to the back
