8.5.2 Time period

In heating & domestic hot water preparation operating mode, if
domestic hot water preparation has priority, time periods must be
set for heating, domestic hot water and flange heater. The time
periods define the compressor runtime ratio for heating and do-
mestic hot water preparation. For domestic hot water prepara-
tion, a minimum period must be set to cover the domestic hot
water requirement.
The heat pump always runs for the set time period.
Heating operation:
When the "Heating operation" time period is active, a domestic
hot water demand is ignored.
The required heat output is provided using the heat pump and, if
necessary, by switching on the integrated pipe heating.
If the domestic hot water set temperature is more than 5 K below
the set temperature, the optional flange heater in the domestic
hot water cylinder is activated.
Setting range for "Heating" time period
Min 30 minutes
Max. 10 hours
Domestic hot water operation:
When the "Domestic hot water preparation" time period is active,
a heating request is ignored until the domestic hot water set tem-
perature + 2 K is
reached.
