7.2 Removing the side panels
Please follow the steps described below to remove the side
casing. Before the front panel is removed from the indoor unit, all
power supplies (i.e. internal power supply and power supplies for
the heating system and boiler) must be switched off.
1)
Perform the steps described in the section REMOVING THE
FRONT PANEL.
2)
Remove all 13 fixing screws from the left, right and top of the
side casing.
3)
Remove the side casing carefully, holding the two handles
firmly.

Perform the steps described in "Chapt. 7.2 on page 11"
before carrying out those below.
Remove the 3 screws (1)
Push the control panel (2) to one side
Remove the screw from the terminal cover (3).
Perform the steps described in "RESETTING THE
OVERLOAD PROTECTION".
7.4 Resetting the overload
protection
The overload protection (4) is a safety feature that prevents the
water being overheated.
If the overload protection (4) is triggered at a high water
temperature, perform the steps below to reset it.
1)
Remove the cover.
2)
Use a test pin to press the middle button (5) down gently;
this resets the overload protection (4).
3)
Then install the overload protection (4) by following these
steps in reverse order.
7.5 Test the water pressure
The water pressure must not drop below 0.05 MPa (test using
the pressure gauge). If necessary, add tap water to the domestic
hot water cylinder.
7.6 Test the pressure relief valve
Test the pressure relief valve to ensure that it is operating
correctly by setting the lever to the horizontal position.
(Refer to the "Pressure relief valve" figure.)
If you do not hear a rattling noise (because the water is
draining), contact your authorised dealer.
Press the lever back down once the test has been
completed.
If water flows out of the device, switch the system off and
contact your authorised dealer.
