8. Troubleshooting

8.3 Switching on and malfunction light flashing

If the malfunction light flashes on the control panel after swit-
ching on the drawer assembly jig in the proper manner, carry out
the following steps:
1) Visually check the drawer assembly jig.
2) Select "home position" on control panel.
3) Press two hand switch.
You can start assembling drawers if the malfunction light has
gone out on the control panel.
If it does not, please contact Hettich Customer Service
(see page 24).

8.4 Malfunction light flashing

If the malfunction light flashes on the control panel while opera-
ting the drawer assembly jig, carry out the following steps:
1) Visually check the drawer assembly jig.
2) Select "home position" on control panel.
3) Press two hand switch.
Malfunctions can be caused by:
1) faulty limit sensors
2) maladjusted limit sensors
3) faulty valves
4) faulty cylinders
You can start assembling drawers if the malfunction light has
gone out on the control panel.
