7. Operation
7.1 Operating mode
Two possible operating modes are available for operating the
machine:
• Stepping mode
(In this operating mode, assembly steps are performed conse-
cutively and separately by repeatedly pressing the two hand
switch.)
• Automatic mode
(In this operating mode, drawers are assembled automatically
by pressing the two hand switch once.)
Note
From the aspect of organisation, it is always
i
necessary to define which persons are authorised
to put the machine into operation and operate it.
7.2 Preparing machine
To put the machine into operation, it is imperative to follow
this activation sequence:
•
No guards from servicing work still in place.
•
Lubricate the guides if necessary.
•
Check for leakages in the pneumatic system
•
Pneumatic connection ensured
•
Electrical connection ensured
7.3 Starting machine
Make sure that the safety guards on the machine are in place and
provide protection.
The following procedure must be carried out on starting the
machine:
•
Connect to pneumatic energy
•
Connect to electric power supply
•
Place individual parts in the assembly jig

7.4 Sequence of movements
Setting drawer width (standard width dimensions)
•
Pull latch bolt, move to required dimension and let it snap
into place!

Release clamping lever!
•
Pull latch bolt and engage in top position!
•
Move drawer mount to custom dimension (see scale tape
measure)!
•
Tighten clamping lever!
