Then finally, tighten all the screw connections. A torque wrench must be used for
the handlebar clamps. The M10 bolts on the clamps are tightened to torque of
35 Nm, the M8 bolts of the handlebar clamps to 25 Nm.
Then insert the caps (1) in the hexagon socket heads on the M8 screws (2).
After final assembly, check the freedom of movement of the handlebars and all
cables once more, and only secure them to such an extent that they are not bent,
do not chafe and are not tensioned when the steering wheel is at full lock and
over the entire range of the suspension travel.
