Do not use the vehicle until the threadlocker has hardened on the thread
(approx. 24 hours at an ambient temperature of 22°C).
Screw the bottom part of the gazzini Handlebar Clamp (3) to the thread with the wide
side facing in the direction of travel.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of damage
Make sure that the screw ends at least 1 mm below the drilled
hole for the handlebars. It must not under any circumstances
protrude into the clamping area.
Now insert the handlebars (fully pre-assembled with the controls) into the
clamps. Align the handlebars as desired, making sure that they are installed
centrally in the process. Put on the top part of the gazzini Handlebar Clamp (3)
and pre-assemble it with M8 screws (2) (with the wide side facing in the direction
of travel). The gap between the bottom part and the top part must be equal in
size at the rear and the front. Align the handlebars and controls whilst the rider
sits on the vehicle in the desired position.
